Anyway, today I said my final goodbye to Cubicle Nation and I’m now a Hobo. I quit my job as a Microsoft Applications Consultant with a respected Microsoft Gold Partner in favour of striking out on my own. It already looks like an exciting adventure, I expect a few knocks along the way, as even the most detailed plans run into hitches, but I know I’ll conquer every mountain with God on my side.

I’m too distracted with all the balls I’m trying to juggle to write a longer post than this so I’ll just leave it at this.

Just so you know though, this means I’m open to new and interesting projects. You know how it goes. Holla at your boy if you got something that’s up my alley.

All of the above are by no means insurmountable. So, why then have I not been here? Well it comes down to 2 major reasons.

1. I haven’t yet figured out what direction I want this blog to take.
2. I lack the requisite skill to create “The Theme” that does it for me and since I’m not quite sure where I want to be going with this blog, I’m unwilling to fork over any cash to have it done by the folks that know how.

Hopefully, my end of year meditation and planning for the new year will remove the veil from my eyes and I will receive the required enlightenment to take the next step and do the needful.

A few things are clear right now, but I’ll keep them to myself until the time is right to talk about them.

Life has been a roller-coaster this past year, but through it all, it has been a year of years. Hmm… I find that my thoughts are still disjointed and I’m still kinda lazy and as such this blog probably makes no sense. Oh! well, shit happens.
